It is my policy to require a credit card deposit to reserve your first appointment with us. A 24 hour advance notice is required when canceling an appointment. This allows the opportunity for someone else to schedule an appointment, should you cancel. If you cannot make it and notify me 24 hours in advance, you will receive a full refund. If you cancel without a 24 hour notice or do not show up for your scheduled appointment time, the charge will stand.
